Shipping & Returns

Delivery costs will depend on your location and the weight of your order. The Estimate Shipping button in the shopping cart will estimate this fee once you have put the products in the cart you wish to order. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs.

In the hotter months your order should be shipped with Cool Protection for an additional $8.00. If you would like to add this to your order do so in the final stages of the check out. We highly recommend using this protection for Chocolate orders to ensure the quality of your sweets during delivery.

•Delivery times are approximate and do not include weekends.

•If your delivery is needed urgently or within a specific time frame please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel will arrive before your event. Either leave a note on your order, email us at sales@lollyworld.com.au or phone 07 3285 6559

•Orders received after midday Australian EST will be shipped the next business day, providing all products are in stock. You will be emailed if they are not so please give a monitored email address when signing up.

•Parcels shipped out by Lollyworld to Australian addresses will have online tracking and your email address will be used for this, you will receive emails notifying you of your parcels destination. They will require a signature by the addressee unless you advise authority to leave. This is at your own risk, as we cannot be responsible if this is the case and a parcel is lost. If the Australia Post deliverer deems the property not safe to leave a parcel it will be taken

•Orders are shipped as soon as payment has been received. Direct Deposit can take 1 to 3 days to be processed. Paypal echeque can take up to 5 days to be processed.

•In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall, usually by email. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item, if you don’t wish to wait for the item to be sent when in stock.

•Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a Calling Card in the letterbox. A Calling Card is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address, please follow the instructions on the Calling Card. In some cases ID for proof of addressee will be required.

•Orders are shipped from our Brisbane store.

•If the delivery has not arrived in a reasonable time frame please contact us to check the tracking of your parcel or you can do so via the link you are sent in your tracking emails. Please give us an email address you check regularly.

•Most items from Lollyworld are price marked, if your items are to be given as gifts please advise us and we can leave out a receipt and remove the price label for you.

Sydney – 3-4 days

Melbourne – 4-5 days

Adelaide – 4-5 days

Perth – 5-7 days

Darwin – 6-8 days

Express Post takes 1 to 3 days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer. No delivery times are guaranteed. Delivery is within Australia only.

 

Refunds

If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are easy going, practical Australians that are very approachable and appreciate mistakes are made.  All our products are in date and of excellent quality that are checked prior to delivery by the Chief Taste Tester. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or accept returns for food products that differ in taste to your expectations. If you receive damaged stock please keep the product and call or email us.

If you have given a wrong address, we pay for ‘return to sender’ without notice from Australia Post so for us to resend your order we will have to charge for postage again. If you would prefer to not resend we will refund for product only as we will still be out of pocket for postage and return to sender fees. If we have written the address wrong, we will pay for any resend fees involved. If you would like your order forwarded elsewhere whilst in transit you can do this online at your expense. If you need to return an order due to change of mind or incorrect choice of lolly/colour then return delivery will be at your cost. When we have received the returned item, we can refund for the product only.
